I had been looking for a matte collection when I came across these at Macys. It goes on smooth and the colors can be intensified by using them wet. Also, they can be used as liner or on brows. I really like the liner tip of the included brush. Once again smashbox has made a smashing product. (yes, I just said that) Shades included:

Crystal, our office compliance director, always has fun gadgets. Recently I noticed she had a miniature fan connected to her phone that was rapidly whirring and cooling the area.
Immediately, I knew I needed this genius invention to get me through the hot summer days. It can get pretty warm showing property in 90 degree temperatures and matching humidity.
It also occurred to me these little fans would be great to share with clients in need of heat relief. I found fans that work with iPhone, iPad, or Android on Amazon and ordered several packs. Everyone I have given one to has loved them!
Last weekend we were rearranging the home office and I noticed a few books sitting on the shelf that still had bindings that were not creased. I decided to take them off the shelf and promote them to my bedside table.
Book One: “Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns”. I loved the “Devil Wears Prada”, and am pretty sure the sequel will prove just as entertaining and give that warm fuzzy feeling in the end.
Book Two: “The Summer We Read Gatsby, The Novel”. I am a huge fan of Gatsby and have read the book numerous times. I also love the 1974 film featuring Robert Redford in the starring role of Jay Gatsby. Yes, Leonardo DiCaprio did a good job, but he is no Robert Redford.
I digress.
Book Three: “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”. This book was purchased by my husband, and he “forgot” he bought it last Spring at Barnes & Noble. I decided it will be the first read of the three. I can use some good habits to become more effective. I’ll try to share some thoughts throughout the read.
